Conditions and guarantee Holland Hotels Costa Rica

When a reservacion is wanted 25% of the payment has to be done in advance. A confirmation is valid after receiving that payment. We will confirm the client by e-mail or fax after receiving that payment.

Our prices are always in U$ dollars. Payments have to be done in U$ dollars.
Currency rates change every day. If you pay in another currency, be aware to pay the correct amount in U$ dollars at a rate that is valid on the day of the payment, see http://www.wisselkoersen.nl/
Bank and transfer costs are at your own expense.

Cancellation requests till 30 (thirty) days to the confirmed arrival date are 100% refundable. Cancellation requests between 30 (thirty) and 11 (eleven) days to the confirmed arrival date are 50%  refundable. Cancellation requests within 10 (ten) days or a “no-show” are 100% non-refundable. No refunds will be granted either for unused portions of the reservation due to an early departure. If the client wishes to modify the travelling schedule till 30 days before and/or during the trip, for whatever reason, the costs are always for 100% for account of the traveller. If one of the Holland Hotels will be suddenly closed for whatever reason, or if it is inaccessible by normal ways or reasonable detours, the Holland Hotels organization will offer a suitable solution.  There are different cancellation policies for reservations made for Christmas untill New Year ( 23 dec- 1 jan.), and the week before Easter, in that case please contact Holland Hotels Costa Rica. All cancellation requests must be addressed in writing to info@hollandhotelscr.com or fax (+506)2786 5147. Holland Hotels Costa Rica will always confirm the arival of that e-mail or fax within 3 days. Holland Hotels Costa Rica cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by reasons beyond our control (‘force majeure’), such as: molest, natural catastrophes, heavy rainfall, fire, tidal waves, strikes, earthquakes etc. Our guests can be held responsible for any damages they inflict to the members of Holland Hotels Costa Rica, their goods, guests and their properties. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes, changes in prices and other causes we cannot act upon. Holland Hotels Costa Rica always has the right to change the advertized prices, without notice beforehand.

Guarantee

If a reservation has to be changed owing to unforeseen circumstances, we will take any necessary step to offer you a substitute accommodation of the same quality.

Holland Hotels Costa Rica is geen bedrijf en heeft geen personeel in dienst (en kan dus als zodanig niet in financiële problemen komen). Holland Hotels Costa Rica bestaat uit een groep individuele en zelfstandig opererende hotels enof bed&breakfasts. Als een van de leden van Holland Hotels Costa Rica plotseling gesloten zou worden zullen de leden van Holland Hotels Costa Rica onderling voor een andere oplossing zorgen.

Namens Holland Hotels treedt één van de leden op als vertegenwoordiger naar de klant toe. Dit lid treedt met u, als klant, in contact en organiseert namens u, de klant, de rondreis. De klant betaalt geen extra administratie- of organisatiekosten.

Reis- en annuleringsverzekering U dient zelf een reisverzekering met werelddekking en een annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten.
